Mission Statement

Rajagiri Group of institutions, a wide network of learning centers, were established,  and nurtured  by the Sacred Heart Province of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (C.M.I). Blessed Fr. Kuriakose Elias Chavara founded the CMI congregation in the 19th century. Today, the CMI fathers manage over 200 educational institutions spread over different states of India. All through these achievements, the CMI fathers have been deriving inspiration and sustenance from the life of Jesus Christ.

Studying abroad is capturing the imagination of students and their parents in India, especially in the fields of technology, bio-sciences, and media arts. Shrinking geographic boundaries, and more students feeling their expectations soaring high, are contributing to this passion for securing foreign degree, wherever possible. But the prohibitive costs of higher education abroad dampen the soaring expectations of our smart young people.

Rajagiri Australia works under Rajagiri International School for Education and Research (RISER) to help students to acquire the best of Indian and  Australian education though various twinning and articulation arrangements with Australian Universities in a qualitative but cost effective manner.

RMIT and RISER sign MoU to

provide pathway through Rajagiri

Certificate Program (RCP) to RMIT Degrees

Through a unique academic credit transfer agreement between RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia, CRICOS provider number: 00122A) and Rajagiri International School for Education and Research (RISER), Kochi, Kerala - RMIT Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees (B Tech and Masters) in Computers Science are offered to students through Rajagiri Certificate Program in Computer Science (RCP - CS). Students can acquire RMIT Bachelor and Masters degrees within 4 years (2 years (RCP) + 1 year Bachelors (RMIT) + 1 year Masters (RMIT)) after +2.

RCP- CS is a tailor-made 2 year program designed by RISER with the collaboration of RMIT - Computer Science department to equip the students (with min +2 studies) to achieve the best of computing techniques and to qualify for a number of RMIT degree programs. On successful completion of RCP - CS RISER awards a course completion certificate to the students and those credits are completely transferred to RMIT for the following RMIT degrees.

Australian Catholic University (ACU National)

and RISER sign preliminary MoU

RISER signs an MoU with Australian Catholic University to promote exchange of staff and student members, research collaboration and formulation of twinning programs. This includes exploration of an articulation pathway from which students from RISER who have completed two years of a tailored RISER Technology program (RCP) and who meet an agreed academic and English language standard will undertake two years of study at ACU and thereby obtain an ACU Bachelor. The MoU also envisages Master degree and similar articulation pathways between RISER and ACU in the disciplines of Business and Social Work.
